IME-REMIT is an online money transfer service offered by IME (M) SDN BHD to its customers who can transfer money from anyplace by accessing to IME-REMIT System.

IME-REMIT system is a proprietary online remittance/money transfer system accessible by the User via the Website for the purposes of carrying out money transfer Transaction.

The service of IME-REMIT can be used by any individual who has:-

• A valid Photo ID (passport for a foreigner and IC for a Malaysian Citizen).
• Access to Malaysian Internet banking account.
• An Individual who is 18 years and above.

So as to access to IME-REMIT system, one has to complete 3 simple steps of e-mail ID Validation, Registration and Identity Verification.

1. E-mail ID Validation

   • Visit our website https://my.riafinancial.com/ and click on ‘Send Money Online’.
   • Click on Register Now, Input your email id & name.
   • IME-REMIT system sends a verification email at the provided email ID
   • Click on the link provided with the email to validate the e-mail ID



2. Registration

   • Log in to the IME-REMIT system via validated email ID
   • Complete the registration by providing the required information



3. Identity Verification

   • Visit any of our nearest branch with the valid Photo ID(passport for a foreigner and IC for a Malaysian Citizen)
   • Our Customer Service Officer shall verify the ID and shall authorize the IME-REMIT access.

The existing customer has to complete the registration and needs to upload latest valid ID into IME Remit Online.

Sender’s money transfer limit is subject to the limit provided by Online banking portal of the local Malaysian banks. IME Remit Online allows a maximum of RM30,000.00 per day per customer.

Payment for the IME-REMIT transaction can be made through the gateway of FPX Member banks.

An Option Transaction Status has been provided in home page IME-REMIT system. Customer can enter the IME Control Number (ICN) and check the status of the remittance transaction.
